And it is indeed glorious, as I come bearing a new chapter at last.

I may not have been especially active in my absence, but I have been working.

The last several months have been accompanied by by a number of deaths, struggles, searches, and conclusions for all of those afore mentioned difficulties.
I'm not kidding. All those things did happen. It's just my sub;te way of trying to convey the seriousness of the cause of my absence without actually sharing precise details.

At any rate now that all is once more in relative order you can Expect the delays to be shorter.
At the very least they won't be several months long.

And with that I leave you, knowing that you have been informed that I, in all my grand poobah greatness, am happily back.

Yes indeed, an entire one thousand views. I'm so pleased.
So, progress report.
Into the Paloridian is in the works. I know what's going to happen for a little while, but we're about to enter relatively unplanned territory.

I actually started a short story for all of you two weeks ago to help tide you over, but then it turned into something else. The blasted thing is too long and complicated and now I have to make it longer to explain everything and provide closure, so now that's in the works as well distracting me. *grumbles*

Thirdly I've started an original work, unrelated to fan fiction in any way.
It's very exciting;  collaborative effort of sorts between myself and a respected colleague of mine. The concept behind the story is a secret though and I can't tell you until it's finished so you can have it all at once.

Apart from that I hear of stirrings in my fellow writers, the flame of inspiration rekindled and stoked anew. This is good news.

Such is the state of things.

All this aside I once again say, Hooray 1,000 views of my little profile!!!
I hope this has all been as fun for you as it's been for me.
